Singing bowls, also called healing bowls, can be traced back to Asia as early as 2000 BC. They are used frequently in sound healing, reiki and releasing energy blockages.
These particular bowls are made from Brass, and are very heavy! Each bowl is unique, creating a range of different sounds and overtones. Each bowl produces a unique frequency (Hz) for healing different parts of the body.
Singing bowls have a frequency range anywhere between 110 Hz and 660 Hz but can reach up to the 800s or even 900s.
